Research into children's cancer not only helps young patients; discoveries often apply to adult cancer. For example, removing, freezing, and returning bone marrow after chemotherapy can save the lives of adults as well as children. Research is incredibly expensive. It may take up to a million dollars to provide space, laboratory equipment, technical support, and the researchers needed for a single research project. If you want to improve children's chances in their fight against their number one disease killer, please contribute to The Children's Cancer Foundation, Inc. Your gift will go toward vitally needed to fund child cancer research projects and improved treatment facilities.
